In the green and magic slopes of Kandelous village with its marvelous beauty, Dr. Aliasghar Jahangiri in a thirty year process had built Museum, Park, Shop, Factory, Farms and Villa which attracts more than sixty thousand tourists from all over the world to the Kandelous village.

All these constructions are uniquely designed and built to match the nature of Kandelous and do not harm the beauty of the nature.

In order to help these people to build their houses faster and in a way that they will be in a harmony with nature, Negin Kandelous Construction Company was founded by Kasra Jahangiri with a great asset of thirty years of experience of Dr. Jahangiri in this field.

The company's primary concerns are people, their environment and the quality of their lives and preserving the beauty of nature. The firm works closely with their clients through a unique participatory design process that allows them to build their houses, not brick by brick, but decision by decision.

A leader in rustic and natural design, the Negin Kandelous  helps clients integrate their ideas, takes a project's budget and schedule seriously and working closely with the client to ensure these needs are addressed.

Raw material are mostly provided from natural resources in the area and Negin Kandelous Company designs and develops communities with a strong sense of place that contribute to their surrounding environment, visually and through respect for the land.

Since establishment, Negin Kandelous has given plans to more than ten clients and has contracted four projects as seen below.

In addition, recently a land of 30 acres was acquired on the top area of the village by Negin Kandelous which will be used to build a top and unique Mountain House Complex with 98 villas.

These villas will be uniquely designed ranging from 90 to 150 meters in three stories. All the facilities will match world top standards. Tennis Courts, Parking, Gathering areas Restaurants and Coffee shop are to mention a few.
